All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and fees in effect at time of check-in (currently 1% city fee, 13.12% for accommodations, cleaning fees: $45.00 Studio, $55.00 One Bedroom, $65.00 Two Bedroom, $75.00 Three Bedroom). There is also a one-time fee of $10 per car for your parking pass. (This only applies to guest staying at the Majestic Beach Resort)

Due to the nature of our rental program and ownership of condominiums, the room block is subject to fluctuations in availability. We will make every effort to fulfill all of your special requests. However, in the event specific unit types and configurations are not available, we reserve the right to substitute comparable units.

Guests pay for: Room, Tax, Cleaning Fee, Parking Pass, Incidentals

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
Our check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Early arrivals will be handled on a space available basis. Check out time is 10:00am. Our Convention Services Department will arrange to hold luggage for those guests attending functions on the day of departure so that they may also check out by 10:00 am.

Check out after 10:00am until 1:00pm One-half (1/2) day room rate
Check out after 1:00pm Full day room rate

EARLY ARRIVALS / STAYOVERS
Based on availability, the group rate will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the official meeting dates.

Once a reservation has been made any changes should be made directly with the Group Reservations Manager, Jessica Simmons. Edgewater Beach Resort Management, Inc. D/B/A Resort Collection requires one night room and tax deposit at time of making a reservation. All cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund minus $75.00 cancellation fee.* Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days to arrival the one night room and tax deposit will not be refunded.*

*If our meeting is cancelled due to government mandates regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, full refunds will be issued to all reservations per our contract with Majestic Beach Resort. Any other cancellations will be as stated above.
