BOARDWALK CONDOMINIUMS: Rates do not include a $6.95 per unit, per day Resort Fee which includes unlimited local and long distance phone calls (Continental US Only), high speed internet, kid activities & access to Fitness Center.

DEPOSIT: All reservations require first night room and tax must be paid with either a credit card or an advance deposit upon making reservation. This deposit is applied towards your total room bill.

CONDOMINIUMS SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is an additional security deposit of $200.00 required upon arrival. This deposit can be paid by either cash or credit card and is refunded providing no damages are found upon departure. If the guest pays cash, a check will be sent back to the the guest. If the guest pays by credit card, the card will be charged then upon departure and a positive room inspection the $200.00 will be credited back to the credit card.

CONDOMINIUMS: Rate does not include a one-time registration fee of $10.00 or $15.00 per room depending on property due at check in.

CONDOMINIUM RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: A $25 cancellation fee for reservations canceled 7 or more days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit.
