Posted 24 June 2008 Hello Everyone: There seems to be a bit of confusion about the pre-registration on the web-site, first let me state, it is not for registration to the Hawthorne hotel or any other motel or hotel in Galveston. You will have to call and make your own arrangements wherever you are planning to stay. The pre-registration form is based upon the same form you fill out every year when you arrive at the feast, giving us information about you and your family or group. We use these same forms to get an accurate count of who attended the feast. As I have stated several times, we are using this pre-registration form to do the same thing. I can get an early count so I can make arrangements for activities; it also allows us to draw off of these for the door prize, which is up to $250.00 in coupons consisting of passes to different sites and events on Galveston Island for two people which will be given away on the second day of the feast. The link to the form is below in case you are not sure where to go, and only one person in your group needs to fill it out, but if there is four in your family, you will list four in the appropriate box, Thank You all for you participation. Ron Harmon Posted 1 June 2008 We are giving away a door prize furnished by the the Galveston Convention center worth up to $250.00 dollars in free passes for 2 for different activities on the island during the Feast of Tabernacles. In order for them to be eligible for the door prize, which will be given out on the second day of the Feast, they have to be registered.
