1/2 C butter
3 eggs
2 T flour
2/3 C buttermilk
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 C sugar
1 t lemon extract
Directions:
Melt butter, add to beaten eggs and sugar. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450� for 10
minutes. Reduce heat to 325� and bake until done, nearly one hour.
