Spinach Casserole
 
Ingredients:
 
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 (10-oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
1 c. sour cream
 
Directions:
 
Combine all ingredients. Place in 1-quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350� for 20 minutes. (Hazel Farrington)
