2 C crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 C sugar
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Combine peanut butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and
vanilla. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.
Flatten by crisscrossing with fork. Bake at 375� for 10- 12 minutes till
browned. Makes about 6 dozen.
