Peanut Butter Cookies
 
Ingredients:
 
1/2 C margarine
1/2 C peanut butter
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 C flour
Pinch of salt
 
Directions:
 
Mix all together. Make into 1" balls and flatten out. Put on greased cookie sheet and crisscross with a fork and bake at 375� for 10-12 minutes.
