Honey Balls

2 C. flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. margarine
1/4 C. chopped nuts
1/4 C. honey
Powdered sugar
Cream shortening; add honey, vanilla, and mix thoroughly. Add sifted flour to form a firm dough. Add nuts and shape into balls the size of a walnut. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a preheated 300� oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. (Renee O'Brien)
