1 C brown sugar
3/4 C oil
1 C thick applesauce
1/2 C nuts
1 egg
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
4 C rolled oats
1/2 C flour
Directions:
Beat brown sugar and oil together, add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Drop from spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375� for 20 to
25 minutes until well browned.
