Unleavened Bread recipes

Fruit Nut Bread
1/3 C. butter
1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. mashed bananas
2/3 C. honey
1/2 C. orange juice
1 egg, beaten
2 C. oat flakes
1/4 C. chopped dates
1/4 C. chopped apricots, dried
1/4 C. raisins
Melt butter and set aside to cool. Mix and sift flour and salt. Add bananas, honey, orange juice, egg and butter. Blend just until flour is dampened. Stir in oats and rest of the ingredients. Pour into a well-greased 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350� for about 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan about 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Finish cooling on rack. For easier slicing, wrap in foil and store over night.
