Unleavened Bread recipes

Corn Bread
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Shortening
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar and salt, and mix. Add remaining ingredients and stir until moist. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
