Canadian Banana Bread
 
Ingredients:
 
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 C. oil
2 C. sifted whole wheat flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
3 large bananas, mashed
1/2 C. chopped nuts
 
Directions:
 
Cream sugar and oil; add vanilla, bananas and eggs. Sift all dry ingredients together twice and add to creamed mixture with nuts. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
