Hot Artichoke Dip

 
Ingredients:
 
1 (14-oz.) can artichokes, drained & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
 
Directions:
 
Heat oven to 350�. Mix together and pour into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake 20-30 minutes or until top is light brown and bubbly. Serve with taco chips, crackers or pita bread, cut into wedges. (Maria Desmet)
